During a recent Christmas party, [our president] Jean-Francois Crevier not only took the time to acknowledge every attendee by name, but also knew exactly who they were, and sought them out individually within the group… A real personable approach. Well done!
At Crevier, we are challenged to meet our goals and targets, which is something in sales that is motivating both personally and professionally.
[I particularly liked] the introduction to the Culture Change Meeting. Everything was well organized, the meeting room was nicely decorated, and people dressed up in jungle safari dress, which really made it impressive. All of us gathered, formed teams, solved puzzles and played games to get the feel of the values the company wants to inculcate in all employees. Each one of us got the Passport with the core values and a chance to get our own stamps in it in the future. It was really a memorable event.
My most recent experience was our company Christmas party. While it was a small gathering, Crevier (from Jean-François Crevier to local management) made us all feel special and well appreciated in our positions, no matter what title you held.
